So what exactly is a fanlisting? A fanlisting is a web clique that lists fans of a particular subject. Unlike most web cliques, a person does not need a web site in order to join. Fans from around the world submit their information to their approved fanlisting and they are then listed to show their love for the subject. Hitsugaya Toushirou
Below information may contain spoiler, please make sure thay you follow the Bleach manga on the Japanese shonen jump closely so that you won't be spoiled.
Hitsugaya Toushirou is the 10th unit captain of the 13th division of the Soul Society where the royal family and the Shinigami live. Hitsugaya is the youngest captain out of the 13 captains (and the vice captains). He looks like he is only... 13, maybe? He often acts rude like a brat, but he actually cares about everyone and is very sharp at observing things that are happening. The person that Hitsugaya cares the most about is Hinamori Momo, the vice-president of the 5th unit. Apparently, they knew each other when they were young, Hinamori is older than Hitsugaya but Hitsugaya is very protective towards her. In the extra chapter, Hinamori called Hitsugaya "Shiro-chan", which is very cute, ^^

This fanlisting is the first English fan-based site on Hitsugaya, horray~ Well, why built a fanlisting about him? Hitsugaya is no where near to be the main character in Bleach, but it's always the minor characters who always get to shine, ^^' There are many reasons why people should like Shiro-chan, first, he is cute, second, he is adorable, third, let's just skip how he looks, fourth, he is smart, caring and considerate in his own ways.
The fanlisting's name, Winter's Sun, comes from the two kanjis of Shiro-chan's name. Winter, comes from the first kanji of Shiro-chan's last name, and Sun, comes from the first kanji of his first name. I do think that the fanlisting's name describes him well because he appears to be cold and not caring, but he actually sees everything and cares for everyone that's close to him, just like a sun in the winter, though appears to be cold, but shines everywhere and gives warmth to those who need him.
Layout
This is the fourth version of Winter's Sun. I got tired of staring at the blue layouts. Shiro-chan seems to be getting a lot of panel-time in the manga, so I made a new layout for him. ^^ I don't know how to describe the layout... maybe it is a bit too eastern themed?
